Phil gets exited

A while back I planted a new garden bed and mulched it with straw that we had purchased for some problem spots in the vineyard. I didn't anticipate the resulting oat garden.

Phil got so exited about the oat garden that his tale lost control and generated a buzz similar to a pressure washer.
